Now the pressure starts creeping in.
You’ve got new ideas popping into your head at 2am.
You’re wondering if you forgot something important.
You’ve started sending multiple emails, each one with a different subject line, and now you can’t even find your own notes.
Take a deep breath. You are not alone.
This happens with almost every client, especially for birthdays, receptions, showers, or family events that feel personal and important. That energy means you care, but it doesn’t have to turn into panic. We’re here to help.
If you deal with anxiety (event-related or otherwise), we want you to know we understand. This process can stir up a lot of emotion, and it’s okay to feel that way. Our job is to create calm and clarity wherever we can, so you feel supported, not overwhelmed. Here are some useful tips!

One of the most common stress triggers we see is feeling like you need to lock in every detail right after booking. You don’t.
We have a system that allows your event to come together in phases. We’ll guide you through:
  • Final guest count (due 7 days out, with flexibility if needed)
  • Menu and beverage choices (we’ll send you easy options and suggestions)
  • Timeline (we’ll build it based on your flow, no formal script needed)
  • Vendor arrival and access details (we provide clear instructions and support)
  • Layout and setup (we’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your event type)
You’ll also receive a Final Details Form as your event approaches, which keeps everything in one place.

Why We Ask for One Email Thread (and Why It Helps You Too)
We know it’s tempting to send a quick message each time something new pops up. And if that’s what helps you stay organized in the moment, we get it. But once you’re ready to lock in your details, keeping things in one email thread really helps.
Here’s why:
  • We can easily reference everything you’ve already asked or confirmed
  • It reduces the chance of missing a request or repeating steps
  • You won’t have to dig through your inbox later to find what you already said
  • It makes the final week of planning feel clear and calm, not scattered

$11.00 validated valet hotel parking!
Includes first 4 hours with our validation. Park in the Bonaventure Hotel valet parking (entrance located on Flower St between 4th and 5th) and take the escalator (guest elevators do not stop on the 4th floor) to the 4th floor and make a right.
