​When you book your event with us, you’re already getting everything you need to host a successful celebration: a welcoming space, a full-service team, and in-house food and beverage options. But if you want to enhance the vibe, personalize the setup, or give guests an extra touch of fun, our add-ons can help take things to the next level.
Not every event needs extras, but if you're asking, "Should I add something more?" Here’s a full breakdown of what we offer, how it’s typically used, and what it costs.
Please note: All add-ons are optional and priced in addition to your event minimum.
Uplighting – $35 per light
Lighting adds atmosphere without needing florals or décor. We place uplights around the room or garden in your chosen color, creating warmth and visual interest after sunset. You can use them to highlight architectural features, frame the dance floor, or match your event palette.
Why clients love it: Uplighting makes the venue feel more custom and event-ready. It’s one of the most cost-effective ways to shift the energy from casual to celebratory.

Dance Floor – $750 flat rate (LED upgrade available upon request)
A dance floor isn’t required, but it helps anchor the room and encourages guests to move. We offer wood, white, black-and-white checkered, and LED options. The floor can be placed inside or outside, depending on your layout. Our standard dance floor measures 16 feet by 20 feet, comfortably accommodating approximately 50 to 70 guests dancing at once. This size works well for most mid-size events up to 150, but larger configurations are available upon request, depending on space and layout.
​Why clients love it: It sets a clear “party zone” and helps shy guests feel more comfortable jumping in. Even if just a few people dance, it’s great for pacing and flow.

Chiavari Chairs (Clear) – $5 per chair
These clear acrylic chairs offer a clean, modern look. They're an easy upgrade for any seated dinner or ceremony, and work especially well with candlelight and bistro lighting.
Why clients love it: They elevate your photos and tablescape instantly, without the cost of full furniture rentals. Many clients choose them just for the head table or VIP section, too.

Coat Check – $250 flat rate
Ideal for cooler evenings, daytime conferences, or formal dinners where guests arrive with coats, bags, or gear. We handle the full setup with staffing and tickets.
Why clients love it: It keeps your seating and tables clear and avoids jackets piling up in corners or behind chairs.

Jumbo Games – pricing varies
We offer Connect Four, Jenga, and cornhole in oversized formats, typically used in our outdoor garden. They’re a casual icebreaker during happy hour or downtime.
Why clients love it: Games create a natural sense of fun and connection, especially for groups that aren’t all familiar with each other.

65-Inch TV Display – $500 flat rate
Mounted or freestanding, our TV setup is ideal for showing slideshows, sponsor logos, welcome messages, or looping videos. Includes all cords and setup support.
Why clients love it: It’s simple and professional. Whether you're honoring someone or just sharing memories, the screen helps everyone feel included.

Hedge Walls – pricing varies (buyout events only)
Available for full venue buyouts, hedge walls help define your space, add privacy, or act as a photo backdrop. They can also hide hotel signage or unused areas.
Why clients love it: They make your event feel like a private, exclusive experience. You can dress them up with signage, florals, or balloons, or leave them clean and classic.

Photo Booth – pricing varies
We partner with reliable vendors who offer open-air photo booths with custom templates, digital sharing, props, and optional printouts. Packages vary depending on time and features.
Why clients love it: It gives guests something interactive and leaves them with a memory. Great for all ages, and easy to fit into any timeline.

DJ Services – pricing varies
Our preferred DJs can provide full event coverage or light background music depending on your needs. All come with sound systems, mic options, and experience managing event pacing.
Why clients love it: A DJ adds energy and keeps everything moving without stress. You don’t have to worry about playlists or announcements—we’ve got it handled.

Casino Games – pricing varies through partner vendor
We offer full casino-style setups including blackjack, poker, and roulette through one of our trusted partners. Tables include chips, dealers, and themed layouts.
Why clients love it: It adds a wow factor and keeps guests engaged throughout the night. We can send a one-sheet with package details and pricing.

Custom Branded Coasters and Napkins – pricing varies
Add a personalized touch with custom coasters or cocktail napkins featuring your logo, event name, or special message. We’ll help you source and place the order based on your timeline and guest count.
Why clients love it: It’s a simple way to add polish and branding to your event without going overboard. Guests notice the little details, and these are great for photos, branding moments, and keepsakes.

Includes first 4 hours with our validation. Park in the Bonaventure Hotel valet parking (entrance located on Flower St between 4th and 5th) and take the escalator (guest elevators do not stop on the 4th floor) to the 4th floor and make a right.
