A Private Garden Patio with Optional Indoor Access​
Our 3,000-square-foot outdoor garden patio offers an open-air, skyline-view experience that feels tucked away in the heart of DTLA. For larger groups or upgraded setups, you also have the option to book a full venue buyout, which includes access to both our private garden and adjacent indoor bar area.
This creates an indoor-outdoor flow perfect for events that want multiple experiences. Use the patio for cocktails and mingling, then move guests inside for music, awards, or dessert. With a full buyout, you can activate both spaces with separate bar stations, lounge zones, or food setups.

Holiday Décor Already Included
Our space gets a festive glow-up in December. Every holiday event comes with:

• Pre-lit Christmas trees and wreaths
• Garland, votive candles, and string lighting
• Fire pits, heat lamps, and cozy lounge seating
• Holiday linen colors (red, green, black, silver, or gold)
• Holiday playlist available on request

You are also welcome to bring in additional décor, and we’re happy to coordinate with your vendors to set it all up.

Seasonal Catering and Festive Drinks
From happy hours to full buffets, our in-house kitchen offers flexible catering that fits your event style. Choose from passed appetizers, dinner stations, or themed platters. We can also accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly menus with advance notice.
Bar packages are just as flexible. You can choose hosted, capped, or ticketed service. Our team can also create custom holiday drinks like:

• Spiced Cranberry Mules

• Festive mocktails and NA options

Rain Contingency Available
If you are booking our breezeway event space, we offer rain contingency options that include moving indoors or possibily tenting the outdoor area. Tenting or indoor setup may incur additional rental fees, but we will guide you through those options based on your guest count and layout needs.
