When you secure the entire venue, you’re getting exclusive use of all three interconnected spaces, along with full control over layout, flow, and guest experience. The entire venue is completely customizable — from where bars are placed to how you want to divide the space for different parts of your event.

Indoor Dining Room – 5,000 sq. ft.
Perfect for dancing, DJs, dining, activations, and bar service. This space has French doors that open directly to the patio breezeway for a seamless indoor/outdoor vibe.

Outdoor Garden Patio – 3,000 sq. ft.
Includes built-in bistro lighting, fire pits, tree lighting, white chairs, cocktail tables, and lounge seating, all surrounded by greenery and skyline views. Great for cocktail hours, games, or a relaxed lounge vibe.

Patio Breezeway – 2,000 sq. ft.
A flexible add-on space often used for entrances, food stations, vendor tables, cocktail hours, game areas, or photo booths. It’s the connector that ties it all together and is frequently reimagined based on each client’s vision.

Multiple Bar Setups
Full buyouts allow for multiple bar setups throughout the venue, typically inside the dining room, in the outdoor garden, and optionally in the breezeway — so guests never wait long for a drink.

• Outdoor music ends at 10 PM
  City code requires this, but we’ve designed our flow so the party moves indoors after that with full sound, bar, and dancing until late.
