When you’re planning an event, it helps to know exactly what’s included, especially if you're comparing venues. At Bonaventure Brewing Co., we keep things simple by offering in-house services, fully furnished spaces, and a professional event team to help bring it all together.

Here’s a detailed look at what’s included when you book with us:

1. Furniture, Lighting, and Setup 
No need to rent tables, chairs, or string lights,  we’ve got it all here.
Depending on the space you choose, we provide:
  • Lounge furniture (sofas, cushioned benches, cocktail tables)
  • High-top and dining tables with seating
  • Bistro string lights for ambiance, heat lamps, fire pits
  • Standard setup and cleanup by our team
  • Service staff to manage the flow of your event
For larger events, we’ll help with layout planning and day-of flow to make sure everything runs smoothly. We are also about to coordinate outside vendors such as DJ's, photo booths and more! 

2. In-House Catering and Bar Service Forget juggling outside vendors;  our in-house kitchen and bar staff have you covered.
We offer:
  • Appetizer platters, buffet stations, and full meals
  • House-made beers, wine, and cocktails
  • Drink tickets, hosted bar, or open bar packages
  • Water station included with all bookings
You can select your bar and food options based on your group size and preferences, and we’ll guide you through what fits best within your budget.

3. Optional Enhancements: Want to take your event to the next level? We offer a few upgrades that add a polished touch:
  • Champagne welcome table
  • Mic and speaker setup  for announcements or speeches
  • Directional signage if guests are arriving through the hotel
  • Decor-friendly spaces if you’d like to bring in your own florals or branding
We’ll work with you to customize your event based on what matters most.

4. A Dedicated Event Team You’re not on your own once you sign the contract. From the initial inquiry to the final toast, our team is here to help with:
  • Layout suggestions
  • Timeline planning
  • Vendor coordination
  • Day-of troubleshooting
  • Final headcount and payment tracking
We’ve hosted hundreds of events and know how to make things seamless, even if you’re planning from out of town.

 We’re located inside the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from the LA Convention Center.
